This home was a very dated, older 1960’s home. Situated on a gulf accessible canal.
The kitchen was very small and extremely dated with a dropped ceiling in a small closed off room. We tore out the kitchen and tore down the walls.
We added custom shaker door cabinets with expresso stain. The design and cabinets were from Lewiston Cabinet Company.
We had to incorporate the large refrigerator in the build. We recessed that a bit into the laundry room behind the kitchen so that it appears to be a counter depth refrigerator.
Granite countertops with a glass tile and stainless steel backsplash. Added recessed lighting and under cabinet task lighting.
We designed a two-part island area so that guests could watch the homeowner cook while still having plenty of room to prepare the meals.
